How Do I Pay My Bill?

You can pay your bill online through our online portal which you can access by clicking the Pay Bill button below, or on the homepage.

 

For services performed on or after April 15, 2020 please call Medical Billing Management at 866-730-5619. For services prior to April 15, 2020 please call Summit Radiology at 770-607-7339.

How Do I Get a Copy of My Billing Records?

All requests for billing records are now processed through ChartSwap using their fast, simple, and HIPAA compliant platform. This process improves efficiency for the requestor and for us. Please redirect your request to www.ChartSwap.com or you may call ChartSwap at 855-879-7927.
